specialises in assisting Salesforce customers to develop their first party data strategies across all communication channels and platforms.

Darshana has worked with national and global organisations across telecommunications, retail and education to deliver omni-channel communication experiences, digital innovation and system transformation including CRM, E-Commerce and Marketing Automation platforms. She is a subject matter expert within the realms of Marketing Automation and an enthusiastic conversion specialist, using data driven behavioural triggers to create user profiles, improve loyalty and optimise the user experience.

Isaac Williams – Personalisation Optimisation Manager

Isaac is a marketer at heart who has expertise working with a range of digital optimisation and e-commerce platforms. With a firm belief that ‘the 1 percenters count’, Isaac is constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve the customer’s experience. Working across a range of industries for international and national brands, Isaac understands the importance of building strategy on a strong foundational layer of data and insights.

Isaac joined the Personalisaiton team at Entain at the start of 2022 and leads the Personalised Experiences squad who are looking to bring relevancy to the forefront of the customer journey. Isaac will talk about Entain’s personalisation journey so far.
