Philip is a CRM industry veteran, having worked on developing bespoke loyalty programs & solutions for a wide range of companies. Before launching his own business in 2013, Phil worked on the Qantas Frequent Flyer program where he was responsible the strategic design & implementation of program enhancements, the management of program rewards, as well as industry monitoring. Phil himself is also a member of over 140 loyalty programs, and a researcher of loyalty psychology, both of which he uses to understand the essential dynamics of what makes a successful loyalty program.
