Phillip will be talking about how blockchain technology will change the design of loyalty programs as we know it and will discuss how a number of major blockchain loyalty companies have emerged around the world, utilizing ICO's to raise millions of dollars. 

Peter Davias, Head of Customer Marketing, Samsung (Smartphone Division)

In his talk, Peter will discuss his role in developing programs to improve Samsung smartphone owners post-purchase experience, including sharing insight and case studies addressing how to identify customer pain points to increase NPS and retain Samsung share of the market.

Max Savransky, CRM & Loyalty Manager, Hoyts Group

Max will be giving us an overview of the HOYTS Rewards program, their challenges and what their retention strategies are – which leverage insights from UX, transactional activities and their own staff. He will also talk about their newest partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer and how it has added value and differentiation in a competitive industry.
