Individual Spotlight Session
Each attendee will have an individual spotlight session. In this session, you will have the chance to ask the group for input on your unique situation (using our provided template). It could be you want input on a tactical challenge like "I'd like to grow my database by x%", a more strategic question like "I need help getting buy-in on x project", or an opportunity "I'd like to generate ideas on x". Be prepared to share details like your target audience, budget and what you have tried so far and to answer questions to fully explain the issue or concern.
All participants will then give feedback, suggest ideas and discuss the issue, giving you time to listen and take notes. No ideas are bad ideas! The aim of each spotlight session is that you take away tangible actions to address your requirement.
Attendees will have the opportunity to nominate a topic area for a group discussion. The group will vote and topics will be selected for discussion during the day. This is your chance to learn from other's areas of expertise or to have a discussion on a topic of interest to you.
